Job summary

An exciting opportunity has a risen for an enthusiastic highly motivated Quality Coordinator. This role will help to ensure high quality, safe care is being delivered within the Frimley System.

The Quality Coordinator is a key member of the team and will support the systems and processes to improve outcomes in line with the quality and patient safety agenda. The role will involve providing administrative support on the main areas of business alongside an excellent development opportunity working with organisations on quality assurance.

The successful candidate will possess analytical and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards. You will be comfortable managing complex information, presenting it to a wide range of stakeholders, and working with various organisations within the Integrated Care System to promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job

The Quality Coordinator is a key member of the Quality Team and will support the systems and processes to improve outcomes in line with the quality and patient safety agenda. The role will involve providing administrative support on the main areas of business alongside a development opportunity working with organisations on quality assurance.

The post holder, at times will be the first point of contact for the Quality Team which requires clear communication skills and managing complex and sensitive information.

About us

NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board was formed on 1 July 2022 under the Health and Care Act 2022, replacing NHS Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group.

The ICB is the new statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services. It will work collaboratively with partner organisations including the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, people and communities across theFrimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS).
