Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pharmacy, Optometry and Dentistry Commissioning Hub for the South East Region. The Hub Team is hosted by Frimley ICB but works on behalf of all 6 ICBs in the South East. The post holder will work as part of a team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff. Whilst the base for this post is in the Frimley area, applicants are welcomed from across the Region. The team predominantly works from home and there will be no requirement to travel to a Frimley base on a regular basis.

Main duties of the job

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the management of high traffic inboxes.
  • Facilitating responses to a variety of queries, the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
  • Diary management, arranging MS Teams meetings to support agile working.
  • Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the wider team.
  • Experienced in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel, and have excellent communication skills
