An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the All Age Continuing Care Service as Performance Support Manager. This post will support the Performance Manager across Cheshire East and Cheshire West places.
We are looking for candidates who can work well independently and as part of a team and who feel comfortable working under pressure. If you enjoy working in a fast paced, diverse work area and you have a keen appetite for service improvement and development this may well be the opportunity for you.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the Performance Manager in development of robust performance monitoring and reporting processes whilst adapting / designing information systems to meet the specifications of service users.
The post holder will support the Performance Manager for all assurance, performance regulation and scrutiny activities required by the service to meet all of its statutory and strategic obligations and plans.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the maintenance and development of a range of performance processes and procedural documents.

The service operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. - Provide support to the Performance Team across all areas in relation to performance monitoring, management and improvement.
- Support the production of the Performance Report, including data and narrative collation and population, and other performance and governance and risk based information and systems to enable timely scrutiny and review.
- Support the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the process to support continuous improvement of the Oversight Framework.
- Highlight poor performance and other key performance indicators and support development of actions for improvement and recovery plans in conjunction with the Performance Team.
- Respond to requests for data from both within the ICB and from external teams, including the understanding and interrogation of the ICB BI portal and the analysis of the data to deliver the requested requirements.
