Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Project Manager to join the South West LondonMaternity and Neonatal Programme team.The successful candidates will support the continued implementation of the maternity transformation strategy - working closely with provider trusts as well as other stakeholders to drive forward the programme at pace.The postholders will have operational and strategic experience in the direct delivery of maternity and neontal care along with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with conflicting deadlines.Along with strong project, digital knowledge and skills. and programme management skills the postholders will to be an excellent communicator to build strong relationships with colleagues and peers across the whole of South West London footprint along with regional and national colleagues.They will work alongside clinicians across primary and secondary care, along with colleagues in each of the SWL local delivery units (Croydon, Kingston & Richmond, Merton & Wandsworth, Sutton) to ensure we deliver our plans as efficiently and effectively as possible.Candidates should demonstrate a track-record of successfully developing and implementing large scale service transformation.Relevant experience and understanding of maternity transformation and the associated key policy drivers will be essential.Secondment applications welcome.
Main duties of the job
