NHS South East London Integrated Care Board seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Member and looking for an outstanding senior leader to join a team of three existing Non-Executive Members.Each of our Non-Executive Members is assigned specific areas of interest and place responsibilities in addition to their wider role. For this role, we are looking for someone who is willing and able to:o Take a lead non-executive role on audit and risk management and Chair the Audit & Risk Committee.o Be a non-executive place lead for the London Borough of Lewisham.o Chair the Charitable Funds Committee

Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the Chair, other non-executives, executive directors and partner members and as equal members of a unitary board and bring a range of professional expertise, with a particular focus on audit and risk management. We are specifically looking for an innovative, forward-looking, and engaging NEM, with the skills and experience to Chair the Audit & Risk Committee and form the partnerships necessary with both internal and external stakeholders who help support the audit function
