Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting for three Strategic Commissioning and System Development Leads to join our Health and Adult Services workforce for the portfolio areas of:o Learning Disability Partnershipso Mental Health & Complex care inc Physical Disability partnershipso Transitions and Autism across Children's and Adult'sJoin us to support a new vision for Health and Adults Services.
We are looking for system leaders with experience in co-producing services with communities, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a desire to make a difference in Greenwich. You will represent both the Council and NHS as an integrated Commissioner. Through developing strong partnerships and utilising appropriate governance structures, you will lead the commissioning of high-quality services that support Greenwich people to lead healthy, fulfilling, and independent lives.
Main duties of the job
Among other duties, the postholder will lead on a specific portfolio area and ensure strategic development, clear priorities and targets for achievement that improve the lives of local residents. Working collaboratively with the market, residents and colleagues across the system, you will implement transformational change through commissioning for outcomes, including further integration of health, care, and other forms of support. You will have responsibility for delivering all commissioning activities in high value projects in your chosen portfolio area.Join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding journey of empowering local residents.
