We are seeking an experienced Senior
Commissioning Manager within the all age continuing and complex care (AACCC)
service to play a key role in shaping and commissioning high-quality care for
patients across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West.
Were looking for someone with a strong
background in commissioning within the care sector, particularly with
experience of Personal Health Budgets. Youll be motivated by the opportunity
to apply your skills to improve outcomes, drive innovation, and promote best
practice across AACCC commissioning.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will lead on commissioning projects, oversee Personal Health Budgets, and manage an operational brokerage service. Your expertise will help ensure that patients with continuing and complex care needs receive safe, effective, and person-centred support.
Our team primarily works virtually; however, there is an expectation that you will attend the office one day per week and participate in face-to-face meetings with colleagues, providers, and patients (or their representatives) as required. You will also have a primary base in one of our counties.
