Stroke), Diabetes and Respiratory Integrated Delivery Networks to provide strong clinical leadership and strategic direction for the management of LTCs across the geography.

The BOB ICB Long Term Conditions (LTCs) Clinical Programme brings together all the Cardiovascular (incl. Stroke), Diabetes and Respiratory Integrated Delivery Networks to provide strong clinical leadership and strategic direction for the management of LTCs across the geography.The Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Respiratory Clinical Programmes across the system, provide strategic direction and identify opportunities to integrate primary, community and secondary care service models for patients with LTCs.

Main duties of the job

This fixed-term, maternity cover role will require effective working with BOB IDN Managers and place-based implementation managers to ensure local workstreams remain aligned to strategic and clinical priorities. The post holder will support BOB IDN Managers and their teams to ensure that their workstream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and assist in their successful delivery.

About You

You are a dynamic and motivated individual with advanced communication and interpersonal skills. With a proven ability to work in a cross-cutting multi-organisational setting to facilitate service-specific and wider organisational change. You are ready to take on a busy and rewarding role, supporting the implementation of both the agreed BOB and local priorities working through the IDNs and place-based implementation teams. This will require co-ordination of comprehensive programme/project plans to underpin the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of all agreed workstreams to deliver to agreed timescales.
