We are seeking 2 enthusiastic Organisational Development Partners to play a crucial role in leading organisational development and change initiatives. Being at the forefront of driving strategic transformation, you will support culture programmes to improve staff experience, and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture here in Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes (BLMK).
These posts will be part of a newly formed team seeking to embrace an ethos of supportive learning and development, inclusivity, and compassionate leadership.

Main duties of the job
This role covers four key areas of work;
- Leadership and Talent
- Organisational Development

- Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
You will support workforce transformation and development aligned to BLMK ICB Priorities and the BLMK ICB People plan.
You will provide specialist support to OD initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to organisational development focussed around delivering people promise priorities
You will support the ICB equality and inclusion agenda and signpost appropriate sources of information and support.
You will support ICB culture programmes to improve staff experience, and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture throughout the ICS.

The Bedfordshire Luton and Milton Keynes (ICB) is responsible for planning and allocating resources to meet the four core purposes of the Integrated Care System (ICS), namely: to improve outcomes in population health and healthcare; tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access; enhance productivity and value for money; and help the NHS support broader social and economic development.
Within this context, as the ICB develops as a statutory organisation, a significant challenge will be to determine how it effectively supports and enables place-based and local partnerships to take necessary action that will improve population health outcomes and reduce inequalities.

- Plan, drive and provide specialist OD support to programmes and initiatives in line with the OD strategy, which focus on enabling staff to improve service delivery and outcomes (within departments, across care/ clinical groups, across business units and directorates) in line with strategic and operational plans.
- Work with directorates and corporate departments to identify the training, development and resource required to build capacity and capability to deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
- Build leadership capability and identify initiatives to support continuous improvement through coaching, training and facilitating interventions with teams, to encourage a joined-up and integrated approach to OD. This includes the design, develop and deliver leadership and management development training to enable leaders to create the environment and culture in which individual and team performance is enhanced.
- Provide OD consultancy service, practical and specialist OD support and facilitation to enable leaders and teams to deliver at its best. This includes supporting teams who are experiencing difficulty or are coming together as newly formed teams/ departments.

- Specialist professional knowledge covering a range of OD functions, underpinned by theoretical knowledge gained through further academic study and/or experience

- An understanding of the background and current aims of integrated care policy and the implementation of this engagement
- An appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health, Integrated Care Boards, Local Authorities and individual provider and
