Job summary
We have two exciting opportunities to join our All Age Continuing Health Care team as administrators.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, a positive outlook, and a professional approach. The appointed individuals will join our dynamic administration team in a fast-paced environment.
Both positions require proficiency in everyday IT systems. Applicants should demonstrate confidence, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, successful candidates will possess excellent communication and time management skills, consistently striving for high standards of excellence in their work
We handle information that is sensitive and clinical in nature; thus, maintaining accuracy, and confidentiality is of utmost importance. The role requires a composed, empathetic, and proactive approach, strong teamwork abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a dedicated commitment to supporting staff in the delivery of patient care.
Main duties of the job
Continuing Healthcare Administrator Post
Main duties will include but not limited to, processing Funded Care / Continuing Health Care referrals, answering of telephone and email enquiries and escalating where required. Liaising with outside agencies, organising meetings and minute taking, updating our database and letter typing and processing
Fast Track Administrator Post
Main duties will include but not limited to, processing of Fast Track referrals, answering telephone and email enquiries and escalating where required, data collection and entry and processing Marie Curie night sitting referrals
Both positions may necessitate cross-coverage in the future, subject to service requirements; comprehensive training will be provided.
