Supporting the ICB Chief Transformation & Digital Information Officer & Deputy with the development and delivery of the system wide Digital Strategy for BNSSG
- Leading the design / implementation of the system wide Target Architecture
- Oversight of the development and implementation of the system wide Digital Inclusion strategy, contributing to ICB objectives of reducing health inequalities
- Oversight of the delivery and development of commissioned services for Information Management and Technology (IM&T). This includes the ICB corporately, the wider Primary Care Estate, and other system wide IT solutions
- Managing a defined portfolio of ICB Digital projects, contracts and relationships with suppliers and commissioned service delivery partners
- Assurance of quality, safety and security in the design, procurement and deployment of IT solutions
- Management of Cyber Security for the ICB, working with system partners
- Developing, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures for incident management and recovery in the event of Cyber Security attack and/or IT service breakdown, working in partnership with colleagues responsible for Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response
