Job summary
NEL Local Maternity and Neonatal System are seeking to recruit an experienced Safety Workstream Midwife as a project manager within the team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team, who can foster positive working relationships, problem solve, plan strategically and have good communication and presentation skills. This role will require current NHS experience working to support the Maternity Incentive Scheme whilst demonstrating system leadership in support Trusts.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will undertake the following duties and responsibilitieso Project management for the Safety workstreamo Collect, monitor and report on maternity metrics for NE London.o Monitoring and Supporting the LMNS in delivering recommendations at National, Regional and local levels including meeting requirements relating to the Three-year delivery plan for maternity and neonatal services, Ockenden recommendations, CNST/MIS.o Lead on reviewing and updating NE London LMNS policy and guidelines related to the Safety workstream.o Chair System call where requiredo Support the implementation of theo Providing professional support to the Heads of service and Clinical Directors in relation to Maternity and Neonatal services.o Provide expertise to other members of the LMNS in supporting their workstream
