Job summary
NEL Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) ICB are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Midwife to clinically lead the LMNS and provide expert oversight and assurance.
This role will work closely with the SRO, Director / Heads of Midwifery, Head of the LMNS Programmes and the NEL LMNS Co-Chairs across NEL ICS. This will include providing senior clinical oversight and assurance in delivering our ambitious Maternity and Neonatal programme, Maternity Incentive Scheme and the Demand and Capacity recommendations.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work in partnership with MNVP Leads, local authority, the voluntary and independent sector and social care/public health partners.

- Proven experience of strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of projects
