General Administrator
This dynamic role sits within the
All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Administration Team.
Main duties of the job
The role will operate within a
fast paced, supportive environment where the patient is at the centre of
everything we do. The team are looking for a self-motivated, organised, driven
candidate, able to adapt and cope with changing demands. The Administrator will
support the Administration Leads and Business Operations Manager to provide a
modern, effective, and customer-focused administration service.
Due to the nature of the role it would be required
that the successful candidate be able to come into Wicker House weekly to
support the job specification.

To provide comprehensive administration support and delivering excellent customer service for patients and their families or carers, local authority and NHS stakeholders.
The role will encompass varied duties supporting non clinical and clinical colleagues, diary management, requesting and collating information, first point of contact for all enquiries, the preparation of agendas and taking minutes, maintaining detailed and accurate record keeping using a variety of mediums and electronic systems, which is core to the role.
