Main duties of the job
About the Role
Join our dynamic HR team at NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) and play a vital role at the heart of our organisation. As an HR Officer, you'll work closely with experienced HR Officers and HR Business Partners, supporting directorates as needed. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll get involved in a wide range of activities, from supporting organisational change programmes to preparing agendas, taking notes, and capturing actions for HR-related meetings. You'll also be the first point of contact for providing policy advice and guidance to managers and staff, helping them navigate HR policies and procedures confidently with the support of HR business partners. You'll also support recruitment processes, including advertising roles, on TRAC/NHS jobs. In addition, you'll help keep our HR operations running smoothly by managing inboxes, updating key documents, and maintaining structure charts.
