Job summary
The system workforce team at NHS Devon is recruiting for an enthusiastic Workforce Information Analyst to be the go-to person for the delivery of workforce information analytics and business intelligence solutions for the Devon system. This role enables the post holder to work in a self-motivated and autonomous way to create, design and deliver a suite of current, high-quality workforce reports and dashboards across a range of workforce areas including performance against annual plan, retention, supply pipelines and strategic modelling to support the long-term workforce plans and One Devon approach. This is a key role in the system workforce team, the postholder can work flexibly from home or on site at the NHS Devon office in Exeter.
Main duties of the job
The system workforce team supports the system function to deliver its corporate function and ambition to lead, facilitate, co-ordinate and connect the strategic workforce agenda, subject matter experts and stakeholders across our diverse system.
A critical role within the System Workforce team, the post holder will support the delivery of System-level workforce initiatives that will support the delivery of the ICBs strategic workforce agenda by designing and implementing solution architecture that will attract, retain and develop the optimum workforce required to deliver sustainable workforce models across health and care providers.
As part of this role, there will be a requirement to work in a matrix and flexible way across multiple areas/teams to support business needs. The objectives of the role will be regularly reviewed to align to organisational priorities.
