Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and help us deliver Organisation Development (OD) intervention to support both our organisation to transition to a new operating model and support our people going through change.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to undertake the role of Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to lead, develop and deliver a broad range of OD, engagement, culture and leadership development interventions and programmes for the ICB to improve our people's lived experience and organisational culture.
We're looking for someone who is confident with facilitation and delivery and is focused on supporting us to deliver change compassionately.
Main duties of the job
The role will be varied and will adapt over time as the ICB develops. However, the postholder is expected to fulfil the following key functions: -
1. To work collaboratively to develop and deliver a broad range of comprehensive organisational development, culture, leadership development, talent management programmes and strategies across the ICB and LSC System.
2. To lead on the development and implementation of the ICB Staff and Pulse Surveys, OD cultural improvement plans and to analyse data from these surveys to identify and make recommendations for cultural OD improvement plans that will create an inclusive and compassionate culture for the ICB.
3. To design and deliver a broad range of people leadership programmes and masterclasses to ICB managers and leaders to equip them with knowledge and best practices in abroad range of leadership, people, and management programmes.
4. To design and deliver a range of OD approaches and interventions to wrap around and to support the ICB's Recovery and Transformation programmes.
5. To lead on the design, development and implementation of the ICB and system talent management approach to support career development and succession planning.
6. To lead on the development, implementation and delivery of the NHS People Promise across the ICB with the PP Manager to create and inclusive and compassionate culture and make our organisation a great place to work.
