Permanent - We have two full time vacancies available.

Based in Acton House, Worcester or St Owen's, Hereford - Hybrid Working Policy in place to support office and home working.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Business Support Assistant to support the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Continuing Healthcare team. This role is vital in supporting us to manage and monitor the programme, supporting with national and regional assurance and submissions.

This role is an exciting opportunity to form part of a dynamic team committed to providing high quality services. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively within a team operating across multiple bases, and will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Business Support Officers in processing incoming referrals and queries and scheduling assessments of eligibility and review.

The successful candidate will need to have strong relationship building skills, excellent communication and advanced problem solving. This role will include close liaison with both NHS partners and wider organisations including the private and voluntary sector.

Most of all we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to get involved, learn and who enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment.

Please note we operate a 3-month probationary period for new appointments.
