Job summary
Join our dynamic team at the Medway and Swale Health and Care Partnership as a Band 4 Team Administrator and play a vital role in driving transformative change inhealthcare delivery. As a Team Administrator, you will provide a full and effective comprehensive range of administration to support the team.
This role will be fundamental in supporting the team in the delivery of projects aimed at improving patient care, enhancing service delivery, and achieving strategic objectives within our system. This is anexciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in shaping the future of healthcare provision.

Main duties of the job
- To provide and coordinate administrative services; including diary management, preparation of agendas and minutes and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
- Must be able to plan and manage a range of complex duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation signposting to other members of the team where appropriate.
- Supporting the team with the management of administrative tasks relating to projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the department.
