Job summary
As our Pharmacy Administrator you will:
- Provide administrative services for the ICB Medicines Optimisation team.
- Coordinate and document systemwide and ICB Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation meetings.
- Ensure invoice processing is managed effectively, efficiently, and accurately.
- Be a point of contact for inquiries from healthcare professionals and staff across the Integrated Care System and to direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a range of individual projects from start to completion.
- Support maintenance of online communications via Primary Care Portal.
Main duties of the job
As our Pharmacy Administrator, you will provide an administrative service for the ICB Medicines Optimisation team in conjunction with and supported by the Medicines Optimisation Administrator. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities for the team, including scheduling, circulation of papers and minute taking. Efficient invoice processing will also be required. The post holder will be a point of contact for dealing with Medicines Optimisation inquiries and as such will require excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
