The Continence and Products admin team are expanding. We are looking to grow our team with enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team of administrators... (working three, four or five days a week.)
Based at Exchange House, Hersden, Canterbury, our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (we don't work bank holidays or weekends).
Your training would take place at our base but as soon as team members are fully trained, we offer a 50/50 split of working from home - office chair, desk and IT equipment provided!
This is a really great, down to earth team who like to make the office environment fun and relaxed, we like to take team lunch breaks from time to time and take a walk to the local caf to enjoy some cheesy chips or a milkshake.
There's lots of knowledge within the team, some team members have been with us for many years and we have also had lots of promotions showing out commitment to training, coaching and development opportunities.

Main duties of the job
Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.
This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide admin support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.
We put patients first and we expect all of our colleagues to do the same, so although NHS experience isn't a requirement for this role you'll need to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care and keep that passion at the forefront of your professional activity at all times.The challenges come thick and fast in this role but you'll know that your input is contributing to the excellent experience our patients and service users have every day.
We offer and support flexible working patterns ranging from 22.5 hours and 37.5 hours a week - tell us what your ideal working pattern would be and we'll support you in a way that will suit us both.
