We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to join our caring and progressive team in Herne Bay, Kent.

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Kent.

Main duties of the job

Duties include:

Welcoming and recording visitors to our buildings

Answering and responding to telephone queries

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Completing administrative duties such as:

  • distributing incoming/outgoing post, photocopying
  • maintaining general appearance and up keep of the reception area
  • ordering of office supplies and equipment and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.
  • producing and issuing already prepared letters.
  • arranging interpreters

You will have exposure to sensitive information relating to client and or colleague records therefore compliance with Information governance polices and standard operating procedures is essential.
