Job summary

We have a working from home opportunity for an efficient and motivated Individual to join our team as Referral Unit Administrator.

Our Local Referral Unit is the front door to KCHFT. We take referrals via calls and emails from the acute trusts, GP's and patients and signpost them to the appropriate service in a timely manner.

Main duties of the job

You will be processing email referrals and assigning them via a patient database (RIO). You'll need to have excellent admin skills, good IT skills and most importantly a focus on patient experience.

This is a Monday-Friday role working 1pm to 7pm.

You will be predominantly based from home with all IT equipment provided, but there may be the occasional requirement to attend our Ashford based office for team meetings etc.
