Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Therapy Assistants to join our friendly community teams in West Kent.The Community Rehabilitation Teams are made up of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, therapy assistants andapprentices who deliver personalised rehabilitation care plans to patients in their own homes. We always strive to achievethe best outcomes for the individuals we treat, to ensure they achieve their full potential and the greatest level offunctional independence possible.Our Therapy Assistants work under the guidance of our qualified therapists, but will also need to be able complete visitsindependently. You will need to have excellent communication skills to support and motivate patients to participate intheir rehabilitation programmes.We have upcoming opportunities in our Maidstone Team. The candidates will need to be able to drive, have a full UKdriving license and have access to a car, as will requirement to travel across the locality.The post is full time (37.5 hours) with part time and flexible working arrangements considered.
