We are Kent's leadingprovider of NHS services in the community and we are looking for a highly motivated respiratory nurse to join our specialist respiratoryteam in East Kent.If you successfully secure this post you would work alongside an established multi-disciplinary team and in addition hold a caseload ofcomplex patients with a range of respiratory conditions that require specialist input. You would autonomously manage the assessment,planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care and utilise a whole systems approach when supporting admission avoidance for thisclient group.
Main duties of the job
As a respiratory nurse you will deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisational boundaries; your role willinvolve acting as a specialist resource and providing education to the wider multi-disciplinary team across the health economy. Applicants must be able todrive and have access to a car for use as part of their role.The post is for 22.5 hours per week and we will consider a band 6 or a band 5 development post if a passion for respiratory and a drive tomake a difference are demonstrated in your application and interview.
