As a Team Adviser/administrator within the Adult Health Improvement Central Access Team, you'rethe first point of contact for our clients. When our clients contact our service, you'll be the voice at the end ofthe line. It'll be up to you to assess their needs and sign post them to the most appropriate service. What willthe role involve?
- Handling/ making inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
- Providing appropriate responses and advice to clients
- Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided
- Escalating calls when required
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment
Main duties of the job
Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback. Weprovide full induction training, regular coaching and the support and encouragement needed to get you off tothe best start.
