Main duties of the job

Within this role you will work as part of an integrated team within Community Dentistry, treating adults and young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs within their own homes.

You will utilise your strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our diverse community of patients showing them understanding and treating them as individuals using the KCHFT CARE approach.

You will have an opportunity to develop yourself further including developing your professional registration and qualifications.
