Working for KCHFT has many benefits for all of our staff!Your hourly rate in this role will be £11.45. Weekend, Bank Holiday and unsociable working hours (8pm - 6am) will attract an enhanced hourly pay ranging from £15.37-£19.95 per hour (plus 12.07% if worked on bank).

We are recruiting for catering assistant. Full time 37.5 hours contracted per week. Experience is welcome though not essential. A full induction and training programme will be applied at the start of your journey with us.

Main duties of the job
This is primarily a hands-on catering position where you will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role, e.g. food preparation and cooking, allergens and other dietary requirements, completion of HACCP paperwork, equipment training and waste management.
There is the option to work additional hours on the staff bank.
