o We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Nurse/ Paramedicpractitioner for this developmental post within Folkestone and Deal UrgentTreatment Centres. We serve the local population and beyond and have a goodreputation.o You will work as part of a team providing a high standard of care to patientswith a range of different minor injuries and minor illness through the 111 service.Candidates must be flexible and have excellent communication skills.o The successful applicant must have a minimum of two years post registrationexperience. You will be a competent Nurse/ Emergency care practitionerdeveloping your leadership and mentorship skills. You will be able tocommunicate across the multidisciplinary field of practitioners. Experience ofminor injuries/ minor illness is desirable but not essential as full training andsupport will be provided.o You will possess good organisational skills plus the ability to work effectivelyunder pressure.o A strong sense of teamwork and commitment to maintaining high standards ofcare and efficient service delivery is essential to these positions.o We are committed to your personal development and training. Main duties of the job
The post is full time but flexible hours considered.
