Are you passionate about supporting infant feeding?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Specialist Infant Feeding Service as aBaby Friendly Initiative (BFI) Project Support Manager, supporting the Kent Community Health NHS FoundationTrust and Kent County Council's BFI process. The Specialist Infant Feeding Service is part of Kent CommunityHealth NHS Foundation Trust's (KCHFT) Health Visiting Service and provides specialist support for familiesexperiencing complex feeding challenges
Main duties of the job
Project Support Managers plan and organise a range of project activities and work streams and will beresponsible for specific elements of the project; including delivery within timescales and budget, andparticipating in relevant project meetings to provide information, updates, advice and support.Project Support Managers implement new ways of working and facilitate collaborative working; and as such,professionals in this position have exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills andare able to manage, develop and influence people and projects
