You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme . As part of the 0-19+ Service which with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provideincludes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need.
