Children's Health Promotion Advisor - 22.5 hours a week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the 0-19+ Central team in Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich and Congleton
You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children and their families in the area.
The 0-19+ Service is a dynamic and exciting service, and becoming a Children's Health Promotion Advisor/Nursery Nurse with us will offer you the opportunity to work within the public health and health promotion domains.
You should possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to working effectively both as part of a team and independently. An in depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children's services and the 0-19+ Service is essential, and experience of early years and Child development.

Main duties of the job
You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to children and their families in the area.

You will work as part of a team of Health Visitors, School Nurses and Public Health Nurses.
You will take a supporting role in providing packages of care to families working with the Health visitor or with an allocated caseload.
You will assess, Plan and implement care with the support of the Health visitors.
You will work with and refer to other agencies to provide package of care to families and Children.
