Care Worker (Thomas Fields)

Salary Details - Grade 5 - Hourly rate - £13.05 - £13.26 Enhanced hourly rate for working between 7.00pm and 7.00am: £17.40 - £17.68 Salary for 37 hours or pro rata pay for hours of the post. £25,185 - £25,583

Various Hours available

Appointment type - Permanent

You don't need to have previous experience of care work or qualifications as we offer structured training to ensure our care workers receive what they need to flourish and progress in their social care careers!

Main duties of the job

Derbyshire County Council are looking forCare Workers to come and join their Community Support Bed Unit at Thomas Fields. This unit has a focus on short term reablement and assessment.

Your role will be supporting clients within the Unit to regain full or partial independence.

Are you someone with a caring personality and a desire to care for others? Do you have the ambition and drive to work positively with people, promoting choice and control to encourage their independence in personal care, mobility, medication, making meals, whilst working to their goal focussed personal service plan?If the answer is"yes" then we are keen to hear from you.
