Job summary
You will be required to work with older adults who have a mental health problem within a Specialised Day Services setting.
You will be require to be engaged in the planning and implementation of group interventions for both patients and carers for both organic and functional illness.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to facilitate group work interventions for older adults with a diagnosis of organic or functional mental health problems and their carers.
You will be required to maintain accurate and timely records on System One.
You will be required to work independently under the guidance of qualified staff.
You will be required to undertake other administrative duties in relation to patient care as required such as phone calls.
