Job summary

We are looking for a Receptionist for our busy reception within St Oswald's Hospital.

Our opening hours 8am -4.30pm Monday - Friday.

Hours to be discussed at interview,

Will also be required to cover for annual leave and sickness.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for the busy switchboard and reception area

You will contribute to the smooth operation of the reception area and other clerical duties required.

You will liaise with the general public and be the contact point for all calls to the service.

You will provide comprehensive clerical duties to include cash handling and banking

You will co-ordinate the booking of all rooms

You will deal with incoming and outgoing mail.

You will be responsible for the security of keys for the site

provide full sickness and absence cover Monday - Friday
