Job summary
We have a fabulous opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join a well-established, Band 5 rotation in Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire!
This rotation offers the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical settings within DCHS including Integrated Community Teams, Learning Disabilities , Neurological Out patients, Older Peoples Mental Health Wards, Acute Inpatient Wards, Adult Social Care and Community Hospital wards.
The successful candidates must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, have the ability to work on their own initiative, but also be an effective team worker.
You will be expected to work flexibly and this may include working weekends/bank holidays on a rotational basis.
You will be expected to travel regularly throughout the locality of the team and therefore access to transport is essential.

As a key person in the directorate you will act as a role model, be inspirational, dynamic and a courageous individual.As a clinical employee it will be your responsibility to ensure that your behaviour and values reflect those set out in the DCHS Way.
