As a key member of our service, you will:
- Lead on complex diabetes foot care and high-risk caseloads
- Work closely with consultants, nurses, vascular teams, and wider MDT
- Contribute to service development, innovation, and patient education
- Help shape preventative pathways and improve outcomes for our local population

Main duties of the job
Leading on the assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex and high-risk diabetes foot presentations in outpatient, inpatient and outreach settings Acting as an expert resource across the service, providing specialist advice and education to colleagues, other health professionals, patients, and carers. Collaborating closely with the MDT to deliver integrated, patient-centred pathways that reduce amputations and improve long-term outcomes. Contributing to service innovation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives--your creative ideas are encouraged and welcomed. Supporting the development of junior staff and students, promoting a culture of learning, excellence, and shared expertise
