Are you an experienced, proactive and motivated Dietitian looking for a new challenge? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Clinical Specialist Dietitian & Team Lead to join our Home Enteral Feed (HEF) Service within Community Dietetics. In this senior role, you will support the delivery of safe, high-quality and compassionate dietetic care across central Norfolk.
You will provide expert clinical leadership for the HEF service, oversee a specialist caseload and contribute to the development of Trust-wide dietetic practice in line with national guidance. This role would suit someone who can act as a positive role model, manage competing priorities, and maintain excellent standards of care while supporting the wider team.

The post holder will provide operational leadership and supervision to the HEF Dietetic team, supporting staff through effective management, team coordination and service governance. They will manage a specialist caseload of patients requiring home enteral feeding, delivering advanced nutritional assessment and treatment, and offering expert advice on complex cases. In addition, the role involves driving service improvement initiatives, leading audits and quality projects, reviewing service activity data, and ensuring practice aligns with Trust and national standards to maintain safe, effective and evidence-based care.

You will be joining a well-established Community Dietetic Team of around 20 clinicians. We are a conscientious, patient-centred and collaborative team delivering high-quality community care across north, south and central Norfolk.
Our Specialist Dietitians, Dietetic Assistants and Assistant Practitioners work closely with patients, carers and professionals to meet nutrition and fluid needs safely.
