Job summary
Exciting opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive adult community speech and language therapy team based at Norwich Community Hospital. Gain experience working with people with a diverse range conditions and develop your skills in independently managing a communication and dysphagia caseload. Intensive support will be provided to the successful candidate to meet their dysphagia competencies with regular access to supervision and continuing professional development opportunities.
Main duties of the job
To provide Speech and Language Therapy assessment, differential diagnosis and treatment for adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders in a range of community setting including clinics, care homes and in patient's own homes.
