Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our Community Nursing and Therapy team in NN3 covering Aylsham and surrounding areas .
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for supporting and managing the Norfolk Community Health and Care community nursing team. You will role model and provide quality clinical leadership and ensure that high standards of care are delivered and maintained. This role requires situational leadership skills, resilience and the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
You will need excellent communication skills and be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service. It is essential that you have evidence of professional competencies, and are able to effectively apply your knowledge and skills to clinical practice and the ability to share your knowledge with the team in a range of ways. A sound understanding and knowledge of the current drive to transform community services is an essential requirement.
This is a full time post but flexible working requests will be considered as part of the application process.
