This is a great opportunity for an assistant administrator to join our friendly and dynamic East Norfolk Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT).
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our small integrated health and social care team based in Great Yarmouth. You will be carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, to ensure the smooth running of the office and to support the team's overall effectiveness.
The role will require travel to and working in the team office, but with some remote working from home possible as well.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of this role include, accessing various databases, systems and IT programs to record information, including confidential information.
Answering the phone to callers, who may have a learning disability, their families or carers and promptly dealing with their enquiries.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, either via royal mail, or e-mail.
Dealing with any callers to the office, who may have a learning disability, and dealing promptly with their enquiries.
General administrative duties, such as photocopying, typing letters and using health and social care IT and telephony software programs.
Working within the supervision of a Senior Administrator to support the Multi Disciplinary Team.
