Job summary

This is an exciting role to manage admin staff across 6 bases and to support the admin Area Team Leader.

Main duties of the job

The Successful Candidate will work in Widnes HCRC as Admin Co-Ordinator Wednesday 8.30-11.45, Thursday and Friday 8.30.12.30.

You will support the Admin Team Leader in supervising Admin staff across 6 bases in Halton, managing clinic rotas, covering leave, completing PDR and one to ones, completing return to work process following sickness absence in line with Trust policies.

The job will involve visiting the other bases and supporting the staff at these bases. You will need to attend the bases for fire and risk reviews and to carry out workplace assessments.

You may be asked to submit requisitions and year end statistics.

You will assist the Admin Team Leader with the recruitment process and acting as a Superuser on electronic systems we use.

You will act as signatory on petty cash etc you will also assist the Team Leader with banking of monies taken, approving requisitions and placing of orders.

Signing agency time sheets and ensuring that the e-roster is accurately maintained including annual leave and additional hours worked.

You will need to be able to deal with sensitive and distressing information, maintaining confidentiality whilst supporting staff.

You will deputise for the Team Leader where appropriate

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 6 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English or Key Skills equivalent qualification.
  • NVQ4 in Business Admin or Customer Care or Equivalent
  • RSA level 2 in typing or equivalent
  • ECDL or Equivalent

Desirable

  • Audio Typing qualification
  • Proven experience in Customer Care
