Job summary
The Successful post holder is to be a first point of contact at a busy
reception, where they will greet patients, staff, service users. The post
holder will be involved in the day to day running of the reception ensuring
that patients are directed to their appointments in a timely manner.
The working pattern is :07:45-15:45 or 13:15-21:15 over a mixture of both shifts including
weekends and bank holidays
Main duties of the job
The Successful Candidate will work in Widnes HCRC
as part of our busy Reception Team
Ensuring Patients arrived on
systems in a timely manner, referrals are actioned promptly, appointments
booked as appropriate. Accurate, timely
admin support to be provided to clinicians.
Transactions and
payments taken for Prescriptions both by card or cash and this is to be
collated at the end of each day. Fire warden responsibilities.
