The Successful post holder be a first point of contact at a busy reception, where they will.
Greet patients, staff, service users. The post holder will be involved in the day to day running of the reception ensuring that patients are directed to their appointments in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
The Successful Candidate will work in Widnes HCRC
as part of our busy Reception Team.
The post holder is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the administration and reception services .at the walk in centres.

Duties will
include arriving patients on the booking system, booking/amending appointments, booking follow
up appointments. Answering Emails, dealing with daily tasks and queries,
liaising with patients and clinicians both face to face and over the telephone.
They
will also cover the general duties of a busy reception. This can be a challenging role at times.
The Reception team is a busy department which would suit a candidate who
enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
