Job summary
To
offer admin support to the 0-19 team and other services within the building.
You
will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors.
Duties will include
communicating effectively with staff, patients, and other departments, greeting
patients and visitors, answering telephone calls, data input, producing
documents, filing, and archiving.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include:
Liaising with other services
Carrying out general office
duties
Sending out appointment
letters
Cancelling and rebooking
patients
Booking appointments
Maintaining waiting lists
Ensuring electronic records
are accurate and up to date
Reporting faults
Opening and sorting mail
Any other tasks appropriate to
the role and to the relevant base
