Job summary

To offer admin support to patients and clinical services within the building.

You will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors.

Duties will include communicating effectively with staff, patients, and other departments, greeting patients and visitors, answering telephone calls, data input, producing documents, filing, and archiving.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include:

Liaising with other services

Carrying out general office duties

Cancelling and rebooking patients/ supporting treatment room appointments where required.

Booking rooms for clinical sessions

Reporting faults

Opening and sorting mail

Maintaining noticeboards

Fire Warden and First Aider (training given)

Managing the fob systems

To provide cover as required across our bases

Any other tasks appropriate to the role and to the relevant base

  • RSA Level II in typing or equivalent.

  • Experience of Microsoft Word and other Microsoft packages.
  • Motivated and able to work as part of a team.
