Bridgewater Community NHSFT
are a leading provider of community health services in the North West of
England. Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting to a Data Warehouse
Developer role to work as part of the wider Information Team. Reporting to Bridgewaters
Information and Data Warehouse Manager, the post holder will work closely with
the rest of the team to provide a holistic reporting service that is respondent
to the changing landscape NHS care provision and contributes to the delivery of
the Trusts Digital Strategy.

design, and development of Bridgewaters data warehouse, with a particular
focus on daily extracts, data management, automation and reporting. To provide
comprehensive analytical guidance and support to all clinical managers in their
interpretation of Management Information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Departmental senior
management team to maintain a business understanding of corporate analyses and
MI reporting requirements.
Liaise with clinical service managers to
present, discuss, and interpret performance activity, addressing contentious
issues around implied productivity and data quality, as they arise.
Lead on the development, implementation and
maintenance of new areas of MI development in the data warehouse.
Develop and implement data processing
algorithms to interrogate, manipulate and reshape data for knowledge management
and decision support systems.
Work with the other Analyst/Developers and
the corporate information analyst to automate the data transfer, database
redesign and data reshaping that is part of the data warehousing process, by
preparing and automating SQL statements into stored procedures.
Design and code secure database and
non-database applications after liaising with managers and senior clinical
users, to determine their requirements.
