Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist who is passionate about stroke rehabilitation to join our supportive and dynamic team.
The Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team offers specialist multi-disciplinary rehabilitation to adults who have had a stroke. The service provides goal focused, time limited rehabilitation interventions in patients home environments and in other settings as appropriate.
The stroke rehab team work closely alongside colleagues from Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust to support patients along the stroke pathway, from hospital to home. This is an exciting time for service development as we work towards implementing the new National Stroke Service Model and the National Stroke Clinical Guidelines. We are looking for an innovative and caring Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team.
Some weekend working is required.
Main duties of the job
