This role will be responsible for providing an effective, customer focussed resourcing support service, providing improvements as well as training and education on our Workforce Systems. The Workforce Systems Team are a friendly team who will provide the candidate with lots of opportunity to develop further skills in rostering as well as a chance to be part of the new service.

Job responsibilities
The post holder will provide project support and management. They will be responsible for co-ordinating project work streams and assisting in the evaluation of project outcomes.
They will be responsible for maintenance of the information resources in order to ensure appropriate data; reports and information are available to support projects across Leeds Community Healthcare and will take a key role in the internal and external project communications. The post holder will be expected to support the project manager with the production of reports, programme and project plans, and risk and issues logs.
Key Responsibilities
1.Programme/Project Support
1.1To be responsible for the day to day delivery of project support, including assisting in the development of project plans, working with stakeholders on implementation and evaluation.
1.2Take responsibility for the day to day management of performance tracking, including monitoring of financial information and escalating issues to the project manager. This will include providing regular reports and dashboards to ensure key stakeholders are informed on progress of plans.
1.3Undertake analysis of data and make appropriate decisions regarding the presentation and dissemination of data and information in line with project standards.
1.4Lead the development and subsequently manage a systematic approach to information management in support of the projects
1.5To create and produce project initiation documents, project plans, project reports, risk and issues log and other documents
1.6To manage a system of project tracking ensuring all specified tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe and/or remedial action is put in place.
1.7To create standard documentation and templates for use by all programme and projects.
1.8Support the maintenance of effective communication across the programme/project and key stakeholders. Adapting communication style as appropriate for the situation and support and influence managers and staff to deliver the projects aims
1.9Use a range of IT applications to develop, implement and maintain project data collection systems/databases that will provide accurate and timely data for its effective use by the team. Produce statistics, documents and reports, as and when required.
1.10Develop, implement and propose new polices and procedures for the programme/project being clear on the impact on projects/services across the Trust.
1.11Maintain project expenditure reconciliations and budget forecasts. Be an authorised signatory in relation to the project.
1.12Responsible for monitoring stock within agreed project area by authorising orders up to designated limit. Using the e proc system ensure all orders are coded correctly and forwarded to relevant approving manager.
1.13Responsible for effective organisation of programme/project boards including drafting of agendas, arranging meetings, minute taking, production of reports and researching and producing background papers as required.
1.14Develop and deliver training and support to project managers/leads and other staff in the Trust in the use of project tools.
1.15To deputise as required for line manager including the attendance at meetings, where necessary.
1.16To carry out specified service audits appropriate to the project as directed by the project team.
