Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Business, Change and Development Service as a Business Change Lead. The Business, Change and Development Service is a newly established service within LCH, created to provide a robust and responsive network of change agents to support services. Our collective purpose is to be Champions of change, providing facilitation, project, business and transformation expertise, to support and enable services, partners and patients to achieve the best care in a strategic and sustainable way. The Business Change Lead role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of business change projects that deliver sustained improvement to the quality, performance or efficiency of our services. In addition, the post will take a specific lead on performance management processes within one of our Business Units.
Main duties of the job
The Business Change Lead is a Band 6 role with the following key responsibilities: Support the Business Manager with performance processes; gathering and coordinating service specific data; supporting performance meetings and coordinating the compiling of the final report for use at the Director of Operations Performance Panel Engage with services to diagnose and address performance issues, establish a recovery plan and oversee its progress Systematic planning, monitoring and support of projects Support services through business change Implement and embed innovations/changes that need to become business as usual Support the development of and implement business cases to help services set up new pieces of work Enable relationships between operations and corporate services to support business change Develop knowledge in behaviour change specific to implementation science in healthcare Ensuring new business processes are embedded to become business as usual
